Personality not included
Recently I found myself sending extra time in the airport due to my airline ticket being canceled.
I do try to find good in most situations (even though this one was a bit challenging) however I do have a good story to share. I found myself in the terminal bookstore and discovered a fascinating book:

As you may know I am a consultant in the natural products industry who specializes in merchandising, marketing, and storytelling education programs. I specialize in supporting and encouraging retailers. This book wouldn't let me put it down. It shared such great "case studies" in easy to understand examples that just abut anyone interested in growing their business could learn and be apply new energy into their word-of-mouth marketing efforts by simply using this wonder book as a reference.
MY RECOMMENDATION: check it out... it's well worth the effort... might even change the way you do business.
